Designed to connect organizations with their people

The Employee App helps to design and deliver your culture of hybrid working and automating processes and insights. Employees can reserve different spaces and amenities from desks and rooms to lockers and car parking. The Employee App can be integrated with sensors for auto check-in, SPOT tags for check-in without sensors, HR systems, room panels and cleaning solutions.

For users:

Users can plan their visits to the office well in advance based on their preferencesavailability, and their team’s schedule.

For administrators:

Based on the employee’s daily/weekly schedules, the administrators can manage the impact of hybrid working and return to work culture.

Plan your days and week in advance with the My Schedule feature

The app provides the flexibility to either plan the user’s weekly or daily schedule or enable them to plan their work week themselves. Users can make plans based on their preferences and their team’s schedule, and change or reschedule in-office days at any time. Effortlessly creating a flexible and hybrid working culture.

Find and reserve spaces such as car parking, lockers, quiet zones and many more

Users can book more than one amenity based on configurations, specific to each location. Booking readily available amenities and spaces is hassle-free and clear, with only those that are unreserved showing as available to book. Confirmation of booking is almost instant and can be viewed from the Employee App home screen or schedule screen. Providing complete clarity and assurance to the employee while planning to work from the office.

Collaborate with people within your team and others within your circle

Users of the Employee App can plan their office days alongside their colleagues by adding them to their circle. With permission, users can see their colleagues plan, decide to work collaboratively or even reserve a space for them.

The My Teams feature empowers team leads by enabling them to create their team within the app and coordinate group days in the office. It also allows the user to choose from various seating options as per their preference.

Questionnaire and feedback capabilities empower you to find out more

Health questionnaires and prerequisites provide the flexibility to manage allocations based on requirements as a standard rule. Either a questionnaire to be filled in before the booking is complete or before allocations are made. The rules are customizable and usable to meet business needs.

Auto check-in and check out of reserved spaces when integrated with Freespace sensors

Sensors enable automatic check-ins and check-outs as users of the Employee App arrive, facilitating occupancy monitoring without the user having to do anything manually on their mobile device or via web apps. The system runs independently of the Freespace App, triggering events and giving real-time data, reducing the dependency on users manually checking in and checking out.

SPOT tags give a unique identifier to each space within the system. With ease of use, it provides a history of the events that occurred in a particular space. SPOT becomes a standard platform to be used to get any space information that needs to be tracked.
