Cleanreader™
The Cleanreader™ is a web connected handheld smart barcode reading mobile device. It can rapidly scan SPOT tags to update a cleaning action, thereby allowing cleaners to operate efficiently as they go about their work. SPOT can message the Cleanreader™ when a space is checked out either by the individual or by a sensor. The entire automation works seamlessly to maximize cleaning team efficiency.
SPOT Tag Customization
Freespace can customize SPOT Tag with the companies branding requirements ensuring that the work space is consistent with color and branding with their space.
Physical distancing
Use different colored SPOT tags to differentiate space settings in such a way that you can easily achieve physical distancing using very clear visual cues. Tags can be installed temporarily or for the longer term, are easy to deploy and remove as per changing requirements over time.
QR scanning
SPOT QR scanning can further enhance a user’s experience by allowing them to view information about a space on their mobile device. Simple to use, just scan the QR code using your phone’s camera to view information on a workspace. Used in conjunction with the Freespace app, SPOT can help users detailed information on space-use history, booking information, cleaning history and nearest local amenities at their convenience.
